JOB DESCRIPTION
Requisitos:

We wish to link to our team, bilingual professional with minimum experience of 4 years as a purchasing and imports analyst in technology companies (hardware and software), who will be in charge of leading the process within the company, ensuring compliance with the established timelines.



Actividades a realizar:
- Manage, carry out and validate acquisitions and outsourcing of services.
- Maintain updated the company's supplier database and the credits with them.
- Search and negotiate with new suppliers.
- Lead and coordinate the distribution of merchandise to customers, and actively participate in the company's logistics processes.
- Make a documentary record of purchases and deliveries made.
- Report the cost provisions on a monthly basis to the Accounting Manager.
- Comply with the dates
indicated in the processes of accounting closings and delivery of information.
- Evaluate suppliers before making a purchase decision, continuously looking for the best price in the market.
- Coordinate and follow up import processes.
- Among others related to the position.
