A local Office is looking for a professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant! This is a PART- TIME position. Personnel in this role will provide exceptional front desk customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests and visitors, answering multi- Line phone system, and performing administrative support.
Candidates with a positive and enthusiastic attitude are encouraged to apply
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
HS Diploma or equivalent
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, from 10: 00 a. M. - 2: 00 p. M. , could vary slightly. (High expectations for punctuality and attendance. ) Position will last 12- Months.
