JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Associate's degree plus 3- 5 years of experience in a recruiting function or a Bachelor's degree
At least two years of direct recruitment experience across a variety of roles, including entry- Level positions
Excellent computer, communication, and writing skills, and the ability to use Adobe products
Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional time management and project management skills
Prior experience using an online applicant tracking system and good data analysis and tracking skills
Intermediate level MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, including Scheduling Assistant
Responsibilities:
Consult with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
Develop sourcing strategies and pre- Creen candidates to assess their qualifications
Monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process
Ensure hiring managers are oriented to hiring procedures, paperwork, and the technical requirements of using the Applicant Tracking System
Identify departmental programs and departments- needs to better support hiring operations
Benefits:
