As a Customer Service Agent at GoGoGrandparent, you are the front- Lines to our clients. You will not only assist the clients with their requests and their concerns but you will end up building a connection with these clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls where you will be responsible for assisting current clients, family members, potential clients and drivers.
- Building the interest of clients in the products and services offered by GoGoGrandparent.
- Handling high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.
- Maintaining the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Maintaining your equipment, internet and power to the highest standard.
- Providing a quiet work area with no background noise or distractions.
