We are looking for remote customer support agents to be a liaison between our clients and their customers. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who?s able to earn customers? trust.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a skill assessment and background check
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi- Task, organize, and prioritize work
- Desktop or laptop
- Headset or headphones with microphone attachment
- A strong, stable internet connection
- A quiet work area

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Managing steady amounts of inbound and outbound inquiries
- Work with internal departments to meet customers? needs
- Data entry in various platforms
