JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Has Phenomenal English Communication Skills
- Has Phenomenal Spanish Communication Skills
- At least 1 year previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant is a big plus, but not required.
- Must be skilled in negotiating and building rapport with clients
Technical Requirements
- Laptop/PC (processor must be i3 and above, at least Windows 10)
- Wired Internet Connection (speed must be above 20 mbps both DL and UL)
- Noise- Cancelling Headset
Responsibilities:
- Answer any phone calls and filter out the leads.
- Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Team on group calendar
- Collaborate with the Admin and Sales Team
- Create a warm hand off for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
- Conduct quality assurance follow up calls / surveys with leads
