Responsible for culture, maintenance and storage of mammalian cells and developing in vitro models for inflammatory diseases.
Experience with induced pluripotent stem cells and adult stem cells is a plus but not required. In addition to cell culture, the candidate will be responsible for performing standard cell and molecular biology techniques.
These include experiments such as cell viability, RNA extraction, qPCR, immunoblotting, immunostaining, ELISA and microscopy.
