The Manager is in charge of supervising the restaurant staff, organizing schedules, plans of shifts, training programming, discounts, permits, etc. Will supervise the preparation of daily food production, control of orders and management of product inventories.
Actividades a realizar:
Coordinate daily restaurant and kitchen operations.
Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Assess product quality regularly and research new suppliers.
Carry out weekly inventories.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve their productivity.
Estimate future needs for items, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage the good image of the restaurant and suggest ways to improve IT.
Control operating costs and identify measures to reduce waste.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and yearly income and expenses.
Promote the brand in the local community through digital and traditional means; as well as restaurant events.
Recommend ways to Reach a wider audience (e. G. Discounts and advertisements on
Ocial media).
Train new hires and regular staff on proper service practices
To the client.
Implement policies and protocols that support future operations of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory entities health institutions andpermits in general.
