Requirements:
Basic experience with Inventory & Quality Control
Computer Skills required (full training on our system)
Professional actitud
Likes the fast- Aced -team- environment

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and internal sales agents to perform customer support and merchandise replacements/credits/repairs on equipment.
Test and report the status of all returns, repairs, and defects on equipment.
Monitor RMA inventory control continuously.
Coordinate with internal departments for quick, accurate shipment of products.
Daily inventory counts
