RPA Manager | 2 Years Experience - Dallas

Requirements:
The RPA Leader is responsible for leading the company's efforts in driving process improvements which leverages RPA Technologies to positively impact our customers. The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, project management, RPA experience/understanding and solution delivery skills. They will apply these skills to define opportunities, partner with all key stakeholders, and deliver business automated solutions/operational excellence which drive efficiencies and ultimately enhance the overall customer experience. Finally, they will operate from a continuous improvement mindset while capturing the full impact and value of their enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Analyze workflows within and across departments to drive process improvement and identify customer enhancement opportunities throughout the company
Project management
Measure outcomes via ROI and formalized Customer Feedback Data
Build long- Term, strategic relationships with all key stakeholders
Develop and continually enhance a strong understanding of business operations
Drive project scoping as related to business priorities
Establish a base- Line on the delivery of solutions
Minimize business risk and keep user impact to a minimum during projects
Change Management leadership skills
Ability to collaborate, influence, and gain commitment from multiple stakeholders
Develop and deliver training materials to support process changes and standardization
Serve as mentor and guide for internal teams on the -art of the possible- for Process Automation
Partner with IT colleagues to deliver projects and ensure compatibility of all systems
