Location- Itasca

Position Title- Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service

Company manufactures and distributes High Speed Industrial equipment and/or Industrial Building Power Distribution

Responsibilities include:

Entering & processing customer orders, sending acknowledgements, invoices and pricing info

RMA processing

Providing product and service information as needed

Responding to phone, email, mail and fax requests

Preparing and shipping small orders as required

Creating & maintaining customer accounts including, but not limited to, credit applications, tax certificates, A/R status and collection, warranty & payment dispute resolution

Performing other duties as assigned

Account set-up

Credit checks

Invoicing & Collections

Perform inventory checks

Daily preparation of packing lists

and/or shipping documentation

Minimal Job Requirements:

Order processing experience (2+ years required)

Customer service experience (5+ years required)

Time management skills

Basic shipping knowledge

Possess a team player mentality

Phone & communication skills

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously

SAP or similar ERP experience preferred

QuickBooks knowledge a plus

Intermediate MS Excel knowledge required
