University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational marketing or the ed tech industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
In- Depth knowledge of the ed tech industry, including an understanding of university decision-Making processes and key stakeholders
Experience in people management, with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team
Results-Oriented and self-Driven mindset with a strategic approach to problem-Solving
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and establish strong professional relationships
Fluent written and verbal English is an absolute must
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales management of our digital products portfolio, as well as establishing and optimizing sales processes and leading and developing a high-Performing sales team. Additionally, you will be nurturing relationships with key decision makers in universities across the world, facilitating sales, and driving revenue growth.
What will your job look like-
Managing and growing our digital products portfolio, including identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to expand market share
Applying a deep understanding of the channels relevant to the ed tech industry, particularly university decision makers, and leveraging that knowledge to facilitate sales and build strong relationships with potential clients
Leading by example and actively participating in the sales process, including prospecting, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
Establishing and optimizing sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting, to maximize efficiency and revenue growth
Overseeing a high-Performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure individual and team success
Travelling to meet with clients, attend industry events and conferences
Benefits:
The payment structure includes base salary + attractive commissions per sale.
