The Opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for Sales Managers to join our team at Gaming & Entertainment Management (GEM) in Illinois. One Sales Manager will cover a territory in Quad Cities based out of the Moline field office, and the other Sales Manager will cover a central region based out of the Naperville office. GEM has worked with partners to place video gaming terminals throughout the state of Illinois. Our ideal candidate is driven to success, focused on completing tasks and delivering on expectations, and knowledgable of Illinois gaming rules and regulations.
The Sales Managers are offered a vehicle with gas card for company use only, and an iPad and iPhone to be able to optimally perform ther job on the road. We are seeking someone to cover the western part of the state near the Quad Cities area, and another sales manager to cover the midstate area around Naperville.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a relationship with site locations.Understand licensing and application process, renew contracts, and ensure licenses are current for site locations.Create promotions and analyze successes for each site location.Ability to create a strategic marketing plan for each assigned site location.Ability to implement marketing plan and grow location s business.Maintain departmental budget and manage promotional expenses for assigned site locations.Complete understanding of all Illinois Gaming Board rules and regulations.Ability to make decisions and remain compliant with said rules and regulations.Manage
other departments during location upgrades, machine moves, machine repairs, etc.Manage relationships with 100+ assigned site locations.QualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a terminal handler s license and a state driver s license.Minimum of 3 years related experience, supervisory experience preferred.Ability to route/map collection routes, working knowledge of VGT and RT s used in industry and collections/drop process.Awareness of safety and security practices.Who We Are At Delaware North, you ll love where you work, who you work with, and how your day unfolds.
