Answer incoming sales calls
Outgoing sales calls, e- Mails and messages.
Input the miss calls into the CRM.
Check the outlook inbox.
Following up on prospects
Reports CRM issues.
Assist with loan underwriting when needed.
Pre- Qualify new applications and renewals
Schedule appointments for loans and GPS extractions
Live chat with customers with Zendesk
