Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer support experience or experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints, and interpret invoices, statements and job specs.
- Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
- Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required.
- Be able to type 40 WPM
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls and outbound return calls.
- Sell and collaborate with customers regarding the design of their garage: overhead door, roofing and exterior materials desired.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer follow through, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Process RMs, contracts, warranties and documentation in accordance to company policy.
- Work with other departments: Customer Service, Finance and Operations to take ownership of the specifications of the contract that was sold.
