SAP AFS (OTC/ PTP) Functional Lead - New York City

Ideal candidate(s) would possess:
- Experience in ECC IS- AFS environment, ideally with exposure to both OTC and P2P processes, even if stronger in one area than the other
- Ability to navigate through ECC tables and code to confirm data sources for classic BW extraction or HANA SDI replication purposes Understanding of SAP BW and data warehouse concepts ideal, but not absolutely necessary

Responsibilities:
- Overall SAP tenure of 10+ years, with focus on recent AFS end- To- End experience in OTC & P2P (at least a year, preferably more) HIGHLY preferred (knowledge of Fashion industry and S/4 Fashion is fine, but client is currently on the older AFS version of SAP and therefore candidate needs to know how to navigate/design around AFS specifically from day 1) Architect- Level expertise desired - can lead teams and design overall solutions; resource won-t need to be in the systems day to day but should be able to dive in where needed to address issues or validate design decisions. Architect will also be expected to present to program leadership (including steering committee, headed by CFO) and so will need to have the ability to distill topics to a level that can be understood by senior management and provide solutions where needed
- Create functional specifications for OTC & P2P reporting objects to be developed for consumption on AO or SAC, and perform functional testing on developed reports
- Provide guidance to technical team on ECC data sources and logic in HANA and/or BW data models
- Work with business users on UAT and support of reports
