* Must have your own tools and equipment in order to complete work in a timely manner (with Winter approaching, we will need you to have a generator to perform winterizations/pressure tests)
Responsibilities:
Calling all Property Preservation companies and residential construction workers, in ENTER CITY and surrounding areas!!
Servicing HUD and bank owned properties. Perfect for supplemental income, as a subcontractor. General experience required but will train the right people, within our system.

We have an immediate opening for subcontractors looking to expand their client base, or those looking to get into the industry. Specifically we are looking for 1- 2 good vendors that can change locks, perform debris removal, janitorial, and grass cut. There is additional work that can come out of each property, and we oversee a large quantity of properties. 
Perfect for supplemental income, as a subcontractor. Must have own tools and ability to perform the above tasks.
