JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in a business related field (experience can be substituted for degree) with 5 years of experience, or a Master's and 7 years of experience.
- Thorough understanding and application of government procurement regulations regarding the pursuit of new business opportunities and contract performance
- Ability to independently develop approaches for solutions to contractual issues


Responsibilities:
- Contract/subcontract negotiation, contract/ subcontract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Conduct due diligence on new/proposed suppliers; verify supplier credentials; manage annual updates and maintain approved Supplier list.
- Draft and/or review supplier purchasing or contract/agreement documents, work/task/purchase orders and modifications.
- Administers contracts and subcontracts, including modifications, correspondence, documentation, certification, contractual and compliance reporting; maintains contract briefs and subcontract logs.
- Prepare document review summaries; participate in negotiating terms and conditions for NDAs, TAs, RFIs, and other documents as needed.
- Works with different contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrids),modifies contracts and exercises options, terminates and closes out contracts.
- Prepare/present documents for signature.
- Manage document control and track through review cycle to full execution; maintain official document library of record.
- Monitor existing contracts; modify, renew, or terminate and archive documents as appropriate.
- Monitor existing Work Orders; modify, renew, or terminate and archive documents as appropriate.
- Consult with program offices to assist with contract/agreement interpretation.
- Supplier performance, monitoring period of performance, and deliverable.
- Complete reps & certs and/or review contract terms and conditions for proposals.
- Initiate and complete contract reporting as required.
- Assist with maintaining company websites and intranet data for company contracts, checking websites for task order modifications on Customer sites.
- Develop, implement, and/or maintain administrative management of department documents and information.
- Prepares and maintains a Compliance Calendar of contractual reporting due dates, including contract option year renewals, registrations, SBA reviews, etc. -
- Maintains, documents, and improves current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices. -
- Maintains complete and accurate corporate contract files in accordance with all applicable regulations to facilitate internal administration and audits by outside entities; perform contract close- Out procedures.
- Supports agency audits such as GSA, DOL, DCMA/DCAA and department.
- Participates in special projects as required.
