Atos currently seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a critical initiative involving a number of highly specialized domains. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the vision and strategy for the businesss technology initiatives to senior-level executives, industry vertical leaders, account executives, and the Agile development team.

This individual will build the product vision based on a detailed understanding of customer and business needs, and is both internally and externally focused. They will work with the product owner to resolve requirements and the corresponding work needed through grooming and prioritization and developing the implementation roadmap. They will be encouraged to run timelines and feature delivery and remain flexible as we learn, iterate, and integrate in an effort to deliver functionality on adventurous timelines in a scaled Agile framework.


Ensures features and technology releases aligned with product vision.

Develops and communicates the product vision roadmap, adjusting to changing market, customer, and/or organizational needs.

Work with partners to set strategy, identify customer needs, define high level solutions and detailed features, and develop prioritized roadmaps that makes trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch

Ensure that offerings align with Global standards or provide an exception for custom offerings

Define value propositions for targeted industries or workloads, set adoption goals, and chip in to the go-to-market plan and partner/ecosystem strategies

Incorporate AGILE methodologies to deliver incremental value

Work with project/program management and Agile teams to align on dates, priorities, and resources.

Work directly with DevSecOps teams to execute on roadmaps

Anticipate bottlenecks, lead risk and partner concerns, and balance business needs against technical constraints

Provide effective written and verbal updates to partners on product roadmaps and in-flight projects

Use data to craft and execute experiments to grow adoption

Establish customer and sales feedback loops to synthesize feedback, prioritize feature requests, and drive follow-up actions and communications

Establish survey's mechanisms for continuous feedback

Build a repository for use cases, feedback, and repeatable solutions.

Engage with service owners and partner teams to identify integration opportunities

Work effectively across groups in Atos and partners such as engineering, sales, business development, solutions architects, services, and evangelists to achieve business goals


A consistent track record leading a fast growing $50M+ SaaS business.

10+ years of hands-on leadership experience within product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Proven ability with products in applications and data.

Experience managing products using SOA, APIs, and application development/deployment platforms.

Experience running global teams.

Validated experience building and launching sophisticated platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs.

Analytical skills with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implications.

Experience with meeting (and exceeding) business targets such as revenue, pipeline, and growth.

Ability to make quick decisions with incomplete information based on business demands.

Detail-orientation with outstanding organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.

Excellent communication and social skills, ability to be personable yet persistent.

Familiarity with Agile framework. SAFe preferred.

Background in software development and program management is helpful.

Experience with managed services and data monetization products preferred.

MS in Engineering and MBA preferred.
