JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, an "Online Technology Industry" company located in "Mountain View, California" is currently seeking a "Senior Event Coordinator (Research Outreach Coordinator)". As an Event Coordinator, you will assist program managers in the development of various outreach programs, which includes coordination of event logistics, scheduling, preparing documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Summary:

Research Outreach Coordinator (Senior Event Coordinator)

Overall Responsibilities:

Assist program managers in the development of various outreach programs, which includes coordination of event logistics, scheduling, preparing documentation, tracking, and reporting. Securing and booking a suitable venue or location for events/workshops. Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, collateral, contractors, and equipment hire. Partnering with our clients to coordinate
details of events. Communicate with external and internal guests on outreach programs. Partner with PgMs on tasks regarding faculty funding program.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field. 3-5 years of experience as a senior event coordinator. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient in G-Suite Experience working with and influencing senior engineers/stakeholders.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Experience in university relations or program/event management is a plus. Experience managing multiple projects/events.
