Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% remote role)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Coordinates joint application development sessions.
Assists development team with unit test plans and scripts
Writes user documentation as needed
Documents and updates existing workflow/current business processes.
Uses analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline business processes.
Assist in issue/function recreation, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting/debugging of applications.
Work closely with support team to proactively monitor store applications activity and address issues to prevent/reduce impact.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and experience
Graduate degree preferred
5-7 years of relevant experience in field
Experience with Agile process (Scrum)
Experience in project and process management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Strong troubleshooting/analysis experience
Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the development, documentation, test and project delivery.
Nice to Have:
Familiar with CI/CD process
Experience with Automation Tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Salt)
Familiar with OCI, Azure environments
Experience working on Retail applications (Point of Sale or Mobile applications)
Experience with JIRA
Understanding of PCI compliance (credit cards)
Understanding of PII compliance (personal identification data)
Familiar with Containers/Microservices
