JOB DESCRIPTION

What do you need to have?

Cross-functional project management experience, including full-scope project deliverables, government programs compliance, project scheduling, vendor management, technical, clinical, and resource management, required
At least 5 years experience in project management/program management, customer success, client support, and/or client engagement
Project Management experience with Government projects required.
Project Management experience with Government Healthcare preferred.
Experience in Telehealth, Telemedicine, and Home Health programs is a plus
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent degree, or significant prior experience required.
PMP® Certification highly desired
Business related course work (management, marketing, accounting, budgets, personnel management, negotiation skills, etc.), preferred
Must be willing and able to submit for government security clearance as needed by client
English fluency (ability to read, write, speak), required
Travel of up to 20% may be required for this position. Exact amounts of travel will vary, pending client needs.

LOCATION: East Coast or Northern California US-based locations are preferred. This position may be home-based or office-based, depending on location and qualifications of applicant. Proven verbal and written communication skills, particularly communication across domains including clinicians, engineers, sales, support and operations.Ability to ingest information from many sources, with varying level of detail and confidence. The ability to distill this disparate information into an optimal program roadmap. InnovationYou identify opportunities to improve the the coordination and execution of the products and services we deliver to the client. You collaborate with your peers and leaders to define, develop, and implement improvements. ExecutionYou don't just manage the process, you take ownership, identify gaps, and you lead projects to conclusion. You raise up the bar for excellence and quality across the organization to delivery results that exceed the clients expectations. You set your team up for success. You relay strategies to your team that will maintain profitability and client satisfaction. Additionally, you utilize your in-depth understanding of government contracts and compliance to provide significant engagement on contracts support, process deviations, and customizations.
