JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Scope of Work:

1. Contractor will provide an administrative staff member to support the information repository for the Network Services teams.

A. This information repository is currently in SharePoint. SharePoint administration experience is essential for this role.

B. Documentation stored in SharePoint includes files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Notepad, etc. The ability to create, edit, and modify these files is required.

C. The ability to redesign/reorganize the SharePoint site, develop a file naming format and directory tree structure is required.

D. The ability to create processes and documentation to ensure that the information repository is continually updated and maintained is required.
2) Contractor will provide candidate(s) with experience in:

- The collection, organization, and administration of technical information.

- Technical writing, to include training material, technical documentation, and process documentation.

- Organizational skills and process development.

- Microsoft Office applications, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

- IT asset/inventory management.

- Data analysis, generating reports, weekly status reports. 3) Contract staff will work side- Y- Ide with County staff to complete assigned tasks
