TCG is working with a growing brand in Colorado on their search for a Sr. Marketing Analyst. This is a technical role within a large marketing department. The primary purpose of the Marketing Analyst position will be to monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs, provide recommendation for improvements and help with strategy to optimize deployment of spend. Responsibilities include:

- Marketing campaign analysis

- Presenting results to senior leadership across the organization

- Creating and distributing reports that evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness

- Providing interpretation/translation in order to make effective recommendations for optimization

- Supporting analysis with customer segmentation and testing

- Ad-hoc analysis as required

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree in a related field

- 3+ years of marketing analytics experience

- Experience with analytic and data tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, MS Access, MS Excel)

- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Omniture, and Google Analytics

- Proven ability to work with complex data sets

- Excellent communication and presenting skills

- Project Management experience
