JOB DESCRIPTION
Hii,   Title : Sr Salesforce Developer Location : 100% Remote Contract : 12+Months

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations. Support cross-systems and related integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem. Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Lightning web components, Apex , SOQL, SOSL, Web Services and API. Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues. Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com platform. • Salesforce Platform I + certification • Lightning component/web component, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience. • Web services development and or experience with Salesforce API, Metadata, and other APIs (REST, SOAP). • Knowledge of integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail banking landscape and products (Deposits/Loans/Cards/Money-Movement). Understanding of key SFDC design and architectural concept. In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of SFDC CRM application. Understanding of data structures, data modeling and database schema. Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer or equivalent experience. Demonstrated
success in implementing at least two full life cycle SFDC implementation. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong written and verbal, interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of customer relations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work independently and self-manage. Must be able to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines with a proven ability to make independent judgments/decisions within established guidelines. Advanced oral, written, and presentation communications, including the ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understand. Experience working in a highly complex and scaled technology organization financial services.

Working on the consumer banking team for a Credit Union • They have Salesforce in the environment currently and wanting a developer to help across the 4 business lines( Deposits, loans, cards, money-movement) • Wanting someone who can be hands on, has Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Helping to stand up Salesforce environment within the consumer banking group.
