Key Responsibilities Successful relationship management and business partnering of manager, director, and VP leaders. Ability to manage personal metrics effectively and utilize data to inform personal effectiveness in req management, candidate experience and talent attraction strategies. Create and own an exceptional candidate experience. Actively seek feedback from colleagues, leaders, and HR partners and be open to alternative ways of working. Find, attract, and engage passive candidates through creative or existing direct sourcing techniques and social media channels resulting in healthy candidate pipelines. In depth technical acumen including knowledge of various technologies, architectures, frameworks, and roles Experience recruiting in high tech regions/hubs (desirable)

Skills: Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision and operate in a team environment Must possess analytical and
technical ability to leverage best in class sourcing tools and social networking tactics to tap quality diverse technical talent pools Proven experience in partnering closely with HR Business Partners during the hiring process Define, participate in and execute sourcing strategy leveraging market intelligence and internal/external expertise to penetrate sparse talent pools and engage passive candidates Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong client/customer service orientation Must have sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values and behaviors

Education: 4-7 years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting, with a combination of agency recruiting experience Excellent PC skills including HRIS and recruiting software: (Taleo, Successfactors, etc.) Bachelors' Degree/Advanced Degree (or equivalent in experience), e.g.
