Requirements:

We are looking for someone with great organisation and communication skills who can bring their experience and talent into the company. We are looking for someone who is focused and goal-oriented with a real drive to succeed and progress. We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who can build relationships across the industry and who has a good knowledge base in construction, specifically roofing.
As well as this the following are required
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Previous experience in the roofing/construction industry
1 year of experience as a roofing inspector (preferred)
Physically fit in order to inspect roofs
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in successfully converting leads into sales
Demonstrable track record of success
Strong organizational skills
Experience using CRM and sales tracking
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for generating leads and appointments in order to achieve closes and sales however you will also be provided with company-generated leads also!
You will be required to attend client sites to inspect residential roofs, assess the condition and make a detailed report, including any required photographs
You will be expected to discuss your report with clients to ensure the scope of the project is clear, this may involve meeting with insurance adjusters
You will be responsible for ensuring the proper management of projects is upheld, ensuring project performance and progress is tracked and assessed throughout
You will be expected to contribute towards both short and long-term company goals and to help strategize for this through project information gathered
You will be expected to track data, analytics and area trends
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on Insurance Scope
You will be required to work in a team-oriented environment as well as autonomously at times
