What you be responsible for

•  Involved in full-cycle recruitment beginning with creating job descriptions in partnership with the hiring team

•  Creating unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talent

•  Actively source candidates to build and fill hiring pipelines supporting our high growth environment. Identify and build processes for automation and for scale

•  Meet weekly with Product and Engineering hiring managers to drive efficient progress on all roles, reporting relevant metrics and data

•  Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and diversity and inclusion efforts

•  Build and manage candidate relationships throughout the application, interview, and post-hire lifecycle to ensure a seamless and smooth experience

•  Identify key tech conferences, events, and meetups where
NuvoAir should have a strong presence to build the brand, and ensure strong representation at these events

 

This may be a fit if you have

•  3 - 5 years of experience (or more) recruiting in any of the following areas - backend/frontend engineers, iOS/Android engineers, Information Technology, DevOps, Data Science, Firmware/Hardware

•  Proven sourcing strategy around DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)
