Actividades a realizar:
The troubleshooter needs extensive customer service experience and the ability to solve problems with minimum information. They are the first level to receive emergency maintenance requests. Their main
role is to review and follow-up with customers in order to de-escalate the emergency or source a vendor that can address the problem. They can interact with customers via email, phone, video calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
