Requires Technician On- Site Support with more than 1 year of experience in ITIL, Help Desk, on- Ite support, networks, and backup systems. Knowledge of network switches, VLANS, network cabling and cabling diagrams/templates, firewall ports.
Responsibilities:
Run Windows 10 operating system upgrades on lab applications typically integrated with instrumentation.
Implement Windows based security, including user/group permissions, file/folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.
Assist with lab network infrastructure support.
Act as IT technical support contact for OEM/supplier field service engineers, updating computerized systems.
Acts as liaison for software/hardware related queries, interfacing between customer, business and corporate IT teams.
Acts as local SME for local installation and configuration of Empower LAC/e.
