Essential Functions

Analyze and prepare applications to be enrolled into IAM services for ongoing access administration and governance Assist in the extraction of application users, roles and entitlements data in required template for importing into client's Identity Management System Collaborate effectively with diverse teams (technical and non-technical), utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide guidance and direction on access controls and IAM practices to customer Act as the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in all aspects of Identity and Access management life cycle especially on processes for Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Conversion, Access Requests, User Access Revalidation to IAM compliance issues and role engineering/RBAC Develop and document requirements, procedures, roadmap, project plan and training plans for the team to handle operations and access requests Read, develop, and be able to modify existing PowerShell and Python scripts for automating and remotely configuring Active Directory and Windows Server Automate access provisioning/de-provisioning, data aggregation/collection using SailPoint connectors or ETL tools Enroll applications/staff to ForgeRock, Bastion Services for SSO, 2FA & privileged access management of applications

Basic Qualifications

2-3 years of experience with application access management and role based access governance expertise with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, or PhD) in engineering, computer science or a related field 2-3 years experience with business intelligence and analytics packages (Tableau, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.),
scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript) and programming (C#, Java, ETL frameworks) 2-3 years experience working with strong knowledge of ServiceNow At least three (3) years' experience with knowledge and skills in access management for AD, Windows and Public Cloud platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Application and entitlement schema analysis, data and business process analysis, requirement gathering and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

CISSP / CCSP/ MCSE certified professional preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and associated components (LDAP/Kerberos) Experience with Quest AD tools (ARS, Change Auditor, and RMAD) or other Active Directory management tools Knowledge of LDAP directory administration and LINUX server administration Understand and administer identity and access management services, tools and features in public cloud provider environments Understand identity and access management processes, best practices and business flows Understand basic security principles such as separation of duties (SoD) and least privilege (LP) Some DevOps experience with understanding of REST APIs At least one IDM Platform (Oracle Identity Manager, Sailpoint, etc.) At least one Privileged Access Management Platform (Xceedium, Lieberman, Thycotic, CyberArk, etc.)
