Our goal is to help you have an exciting and successful career providing excellent customer service to clients and helping them creat lasting memories at their dream vacation.
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to listen to clients needs while offering confident recommendations via telephone, e- Mail and other methods of communication.
- Creativity, detail- Oriented and takes pride in the process of creating experiences around the world
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate travel for various clients simultaneously
- Completely comfortable and adept in a technology- Focused environment
- Strong work ethic A perfectionist with follow- Through
- Sales experience a plus, not required
- Complete orientation and certification required
- Computer and/or phone
- Reliable Hi- Speed Internet Connection
- Effective Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business a plus
Responsibilities:
- Offer travel advice and information to clients via telephone, e- Mail, and other forms of communication.
- Find and book flights, hotels, and train or car tickets based on the clients requirements and budget.
- Suggest other travel- Related products that might be of interest to the customer (e. G. Insurance, sightseeing packages, etc. ).
- Provide customer service for clients before, during, and after travel.
- Build and grow your own book of clients (training provided).
- Participate in marketing activities to drive leads and increase your sales (training provided).
- Participation in team meetings and one- On- One coaching sessions to include goal setting.
- Track and report commissions and performance data
- Willingness to participate in educational opportunities, where available.
