As a Trust & Safety Operations Analyst, you will enable us to scale ourselves by building out and implementing scalable, repeatable ways to report on quality trends across policies and workflows.

Operations Analyst, Trust & Safety Scaled Ops Quality (Trust & Safety Operations Analyst)
Project Overview:
In Trust & Safety Scaled Ops Quality, our mission is to set the gold standard for quality assurance in the trust and safety industry.
Overall Responsibilities:
Build and document scalable processes and supporting data pipelines/dashboards to report on quality trends across numerous policies and workflows. Drive root cause and corrective action analyses for relevant workflows. Drive data-driven quality target setting across workflows.Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Create sampling scripts based on quality implementation plans and quality initiatives. Configure quality review tools and documentation to support quality review processes. Troubleshoot issues with launched quality implementations.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, operations, and/or quality assurance. 3+ years of experience working with data (leveraging SQL, MySQL, or similar) to identify trends and make recommendations.Desired Qualifications:
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.JOB TYPE
