Due to continued demand globally for their products, they are looking for an experienced Tsugami Set-up Machinist to join their team. In this position, you would be responsible for the set up and operation of Tsugami swiss style CNC machines with a Patriot 388 bar feeder. This position also provides many growth opportunities, including learning multiple other machine types and the possibility of transitioning into a Lead/Supervisory role.

This is a 1st shift position with start times at 6AM Monday-Thursdays, and 5:45AM on Fridays. There is some overtime as needed, but it is not mandatory.

Previous experience with Tsugami swiss style CNC machines requiredStrong knowledge and experience of setting up and operatingAbility to program/edit programs at the machineExperience using a bar feeder (Patriot 388)Use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.Previous programming experience with a CAD/CAM system would be a big plus! (but not required, and they're willing to purchase software for the right candidate if needed)
