- • Familiarity with property listing platforms, and lead generation techniques.
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- • Experience with extracting and following up with leads.

- • Manage and respond to all lead inquiries from rental websites.
- • Organize and track all leads in a spreadsheet for reports.
